How to Grow with WellSpring

We are an experience-based ministry offering biblically grounded, historically rooted spiritual practices that help you encounter God.

Our offerings include:

Seasonal Retreats

Biblical and experiential, seasonal retreats correspond with the Church calendar and offer opportunities to rest and simply be with God.

Each half-day retreat offers input on a theme and leads you into ways of engaging with God including directed silence and solitude, guided meditation on scripture, prayer, journaling, worship and other practices to enliven your conversation.

Advent 2020: Adjusting Our Vision

Tuesday, December 1, 2020. 9:30am PST.
The Advent Season of 2020 will require us to adjust our vision, just as we have learned to do since March.  Although the circumstances of the season are widely considered “unprecedented,” history tell us we’re not the first who’ve had to adjust our vision or expectations when life changes.

The stories surrounding the birth of Jesus are all about people having to adjust their vision and adapt to a whole new way of seeing their lives, in order to welcome Christ.

Join us for our Advent retreat, this year on zoom.

WellSpring SoulCARE Podcast

Join us for thoughtful conversations about our inner life and the care of souls – ours and others.

Portable Retreats

Our Portable Retreats help you create space to be with God and then guide you into conversation you are longing to have.

Designed for individual or small group use, each downloadable retreat engages a topic with prayer prompts and ideas for reflection.

Spiritual Formation Groups

Our spiritual formation groups and classes bring together a community of learners committed to growing in friendship with God and practicing spiritual rhythms.

Out of our deepening life with God, we come alive to God’s invitation to care for our world in his name. Small groups and classes typically have a start and end date and enrollment is limited.

Spiritual Direction

Connect with Christian spiritual directors trained in the art of “holy listening” who can prayerfully come alongside you as you learn to discover more of God’s presence in your life.

Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius

Originally developed by Ignatius of Loyola in the 1500’s, this encounter with God helps participants pay attention to the ways God is active and present in their lives and in the world around them.

"I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys.
I will turn the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into springs."
- Isaiah 41:18
