Group Spiritual Direction
Just what is it?
Group spiritual direction is a process in which people gather together on a regular basis to assist one another in an ongoing awareness of God in all of life. Three conditions are essential to the life of the group. Members must agree:
- to commit themselves to an honest relationship with God
- to participate wholeheartedly in the group process through prayerful listening and response
- to open their spiritual journeys for consideration by others

- Group will be limited to 6 individuals.
- We will meet six times on Tuesday evenings, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of September – November.
- September 14 and 28
- October 12 and 26
- November 9 and 23
- If there is interest, the group may resume again after Christmas.
- We will meet in Saratoga at the Westhope Presbyterian Church, 12850 Saratoga Avenue.
- The cost is $25 per session. ($150 paid in advance for six sessions.)

Who is leading the group?
Sarah Griffiths and Sharon Wada are both gifted and trained Spiritual Directors who are excited about facilitating this group. Both have participated in such groups themselves and have experienced the support this kind of group provides in attending to the presence and activity of Christ in their own lives.
